Precautions
Oncological patients Oncological patients/consumers:
- INDIBA should be used with caution in patients/consumers with active oncological processes:
- Do not use INDIBA directly on the tumor or on regional lymph nodes that may be affected by the tumor.
- Before treating a patient/consumer undergoing oncological treatment with INDIBA, consult the oncologist.
- Patients/consumers considered to be in tumor remission can be safely treated.
- Avoid direct application to open wounds or rashes, or swollen, red, irritated, infected or inflamed areas, skin eruptions, nevi, herpes or skin diseases (e.g. melanoma).
- Avoid varicose veins in the area of the treatment, it could cause vein thrombosis.
Concurrent medication, especially anticoagulants, and other medical treatments:
- Consult the doctor in charge.
Altered cognition or sensitivity:
- Apply less power and pay attention to changes in skin colour. Palpate the skin to check local temperature. Diabetic patients/consumers, even if pathology is ontrolled, are to be considered in this group.
Recent surgery (<6 weeks):
- Avoid aesthetic treatments around the area.
Prominent bones:
- Avoid treatments with high temperatures near prominent bones.
Direct application on testicles:
- It must be performed without temperature.
Combination with other aesthetic treatments:
- Consult an expert on the suitability of the time between treatments.
